INTERNET FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS.

   WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.

A PASSING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW
ACCUMULATION THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED BY AN ARCTIC
BLAST...WITH GUSTY WINDS...SNOW SHOWERS...AND BLOWING SNOW...AS WELL
AS FALLING TEMPERATURES ON FRIDAY. WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO
REACH AT LEAST TEENS BELOW ZERO BY FRIDAY NIGHT...WHICH COULD
WELL TRIGGER WIND CHILL ADVISORIES OR WARNINGS.

COLD CONDITIONS WILL LAST INTO THE WEEKEND...WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM
POTENTIALLY AFFECTING THE AREA SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY. HOWEVER
AT THIS TIME...FORECAST CONFIDENCE IS LOW WITH THE DETAILS ON THIS
POTENTIAL STORM.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME...BUT SNOW

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE LATE NIGHT. SNOW WILL
  TRANSITION INTO LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS BY EARLY FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES...20S TONIGHT BUT FALLING THROUGH THE TEENS
  FRIDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH TONIGHT... BECOMING NORTHWEST
  FRIDAY AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH. WIND CHILL
  VALUES WILL FALL BELOW ZERO FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL MAKE ROADS SLIPPERY.
