THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW
YORK...SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

WARMER WEATHER LATE THIS WEEK... ALONG WITH RAIN SHOWERS THURSDAY
NIGHT AND FRIDAY WILL RESULT IN RISING RIVER LEVELS AND THE
POTENTIAL FOR LOCALIZED ICE JAM FLOODING ACROSS THE REGION BY
FRIDAY. ENOUGH SNOW REMAINS OVER HIGHER ELEVATIONS IN CENTRAL NEW
YORK SO THAT MELTING SNOW THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY WILL ALSO BE A
CONCERN. FLOOD POTENTIAL WILL NEED TO BE MONITORED LATE THIS WEEK
DURING THIS PERIOD OF THAWING CONDITIONS. COLDER WEATHER WILL
RETURN OVER THE WEEKEND ENDING ANY FLOOD THREAT.
