THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

A POWERFUL STORM WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE UP THE EAST COAST MONDAY
INTO TUESDAY. WHILE THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED TO
REMAIN SOUTH AND EAST OF THE AREA, THIS STORM WILL STILL BRING A
WIDESPREAD SNOWFALL TO THE AREA. GREATER THAN 4 INCHES OF SNOW IS
POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN THE HILLS SOUTH OF SYRACUSE AND UTICA,
ALONG WITH WAYNE, LACKAWANNA, AND LUZERNE COUNTIES. THE HEAVIEST
PERIOD OF
SNOW WOULD OCCUR MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
