  FROSTBITE TO EXPOSED SKIN.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN STRONG WIND WILL COMBINE
WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR
EXPOSED SKIN. THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS 15 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO OR COLDER FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. IF YOU WILL
BE OUTDOORS USE COMMON SENSE AND DRESS WARMLY...MAKING SURE THAT
ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED. IF POSSIBLE...AVOID PROLONGED
EXPOSURE TO THE COLD TO PREVENT FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA.

   WIND CHILL ADVISORY.

IN ADDITION...SOME SPOTTY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE
SATURDAY NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT CROSSES THE REGION...WHICH COULD
LEAD TO SOME SLICK SPOTS ON AREA ROADWAYS. AFTER THAT...A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKING ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY WILL THEN BRING A
GENERAL ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL TO THE REGION BETWEEN SUNDAY AND MONDAY
MORNING. IT CURRENTLY APPEARS THAT A PROLONGED PERIOD OF ADVISORY-
LEVEL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS IS MOST LIKELY OUT OF THIS SYSTEM...THOUGH
ACTUAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS COULD ULTIMATELY BE HIGHER OR LOWER THAN
THIS DEPENDING UPON ITS EVENTUAL TRACK...WHICH IS STILL UNCERTAIN
AT THIS TIME.
