TO 10 AM EST TUESDAY...

* LOCATIONS...THE FINGER LAKES AND CENTRAL SOUTHERN TIER REGIONS
  OF NEW YORK... AS WELL AS BRADFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN 0.1 INCHES.

* TIMING...AN AREA OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE
  WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION LATE TONIGHT... GENERALLY BETWEEN
  MIDNIGHT AND 3 AM. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE ABOVE
  FREEZING TUESDAY MORNING... BUT PATCHES OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN
  ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH ABOUT 10 AM... PARTICULARLY
  OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED SURFACES WILL BECOME SLIPPERY.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 5 MPH OR LESS.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN OR
FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS. SLOW DOWN AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
