THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW YORK.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

TODAY WILL ONCE AGAIN BE FIRE WEATHER SENSITIVE DUE TO LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS BELOW 30 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON AND DRY
FINE FUELS. HOWEVER RED FLAG WARNING CRITERIA IS NOT EXPECTED TO
BE QUITE MET AS WINDS WON`T BE STRONG ENOUGH.

WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT AS A
STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH LIKELY BY MONDAY
MORNING...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN. THE WIND WILL BE
ACCOMPANIED BY RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

STRONG SE WINDS GUSTING UP TO 40 MPH ARE LIKELY MONDAY MORNING
WITH THESE WINDS DIMINISHING IN THE AFTERNOON.
