Including the cities of Massena, Malone, Plattsburgh,
Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake, Dannemora, Lake Placid, Ogdensburg,
Potsdam, and Gouverneur

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 7 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Ice accretions will result
  in difficult travel conditions. Total ice accumulations of up to
  two tenths of an inch are expected. Expect the greatest ice
  accumulations to be across the northern Saint Lawrence Valley.
  Up to an inch of snow is possible before the changeover to
  freezing rain.

* WHERE...The Saint Lawrence Valley, most of the northern
  Adirondacks, and all of Clinton County in New York

* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice accumulations will be most common
  between 700 pm Monday and 700 am on Tuesday. In addition...be
  prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. Please allow extra time if travel is necessary.
