THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A MOIST COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION TONIGHT WITH SHOWERS
AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS. WIDESPREAD PROBLEMS ARE NOT
EXPECTED...BUT LOCALIZED EXCESSIVE RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE WHICH
COULD CAUSE QUICK RISES IN CREEKS...AND MINOR FLOODING IN AREAS
OF POOR DRAINAGE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

A MOIST COLD FRONT WILL FINISH MOVING THROUGH THE REGION WEDNESDAY
WITH SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS. LOCALIZED EXCESSIVE
RAINFALL WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE...NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER
IS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY.

IF LOCALIZED EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OCCURS TONIGHT...SPOTTERS ARE
ENCOURAGED TO REPORT ANY HEAVY RAINFALL MEASUREMENTS OR IMPACTS.
