This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

...Isolated Severe Thunderstorms and Flash Flooding possible...

Showers and thunderstorms will become likely by late afternoon,
lasting into tonight. Locally heavy rainfall will be the primary
threat from this activity, with isolated flash flooding possible,
especially in Northeast Pennsylvania to the Southern Tier of New
York. However, strong gusty winds may also occur in a few storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Additional storms are expected in the area Monday, with locally heavy
rainfall and gusty winds again possible in some spots.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any impacts from thunderstorms
late today through tonight, such as high rainfall amounts, flooding,
or wind damage.
