This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No active weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Warming temperatures are expected this week. This will trigger
substantial melting of our existing snow cover. This melting snow
will also be accompanied by periods of rain.

Runoff into area rivers and streams may be enough to create the
potential for minor flooding from Monday through Wednesday. If you
live in an area sensitive to flooding, please continue to monitor
developing conditions over the next several days.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
