TUESDAY...AND THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. IF CONFIDENCE INCREASES
THAT WIND CHILL CRITERIA WILL BE MET THEN WIND CHILL HEADLINES
WILL BE ISSUED.

* LOCATIONS...HAMILTON...NORTHERN HERKIMER...NORTHERN WARREN AND
  NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 6 TO 12 INCHES.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL MOVE IN LATE THIS EVENING...BECOMING HEAVY
  AT TIMES PRIOR TO DAYBREAK MONDAY...AND CONTINUING HEAVY AT
  TIMES INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL TAPER TO SCATTERED
  SNOW SHOWERS LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS AND TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS FROM LATE
  THIS EVENING THROUGH MONDAY. ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND
  EXTREMELY SLIPPERY WITH AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ALSO
  POSSIBLE. UNNECESSARY TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS TO MID TEENS.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
