THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY...WHICH WILL THEN
EVOLVE INTO A NOR EASTER TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY. A LIGHT COATING OF
1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TODAY...THEN ANOTHER INCH OR TWO
WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT. THIS ALONG WITH MINOR BLOWING AND DRIFTING
FROM INCREASING WIND MAY LEAD TO SLIPPERY ROADS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TUESDAY ROUGHLY
ALONG AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 81 AS A NOR EASTER HEADS UP THE
COAST. THIS SNOW ALONG WITH SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING MAY LEAD TO
SLIPPERY ROADS. OTHERWISE...NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT
THIS TIME TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

FORMAL SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT EXPECTED...BUT SPOTTERS ARE
WELCOME TO REPORT SNOWFALL AMOUNTS.
