* LOCATIONS...THE SCHOHARIE VALLEY...SCHENECTADY...ALBANY...
  RENSSELAER...SOUTHERN SARATOGA AND SOUTHERN WASHINGTON
  COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 8 INCHES.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...AROUND 1 INCH PER HOUR.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE WARNING AREA BY MID MORNING
  TO LATE MORNING. THE SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST DURING THE
  AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING WITH THE SNOW TAPERING OFF LATE
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THIS STORM WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT HOLIDAY
  TRAVEL... MAKING DRIVING DANGEROUS AT TIMES WITH SNOW COVERED
  ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITIES.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN 1 MILE AT TIMES.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE 30S...FALLING INTO THE 20S THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. ONLY TRAVEL IN AN
