* At 718 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain that
  will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Paterson, Passaic, Wayne, Plainfield, Bloomfield, New City, Orange,
  Newburgh, Middletown, Paramus, West Milford, Ridgewood, Summit,

...Locally Dense Fog At Times this morning...

Areas of fog will continue through the morning. While
visibilities will mainly be in the 1 to 3 mile range, there
could be localized areas with visibilities down to one quarter
mile or less at times.

Motorist should be on the lookout for rapidly changing
visibilities. If reduced visibilities are encountered, reduce to a
safe speed and use low beam headlights.
