  THE SINGLE DIGITS...AND NORTHWEST WINDS SUSTAINED AT 10 TO 20
  MPH.

* TIMING...OVERNIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
  TAKEN.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS THAT COULD LEAD TO

MONDAY. ALTHOUGH THE EXACT TRACK AND TIMING OF THE SYSTEM ARE
STILL UNCERTAIN...THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR 6 INCHES OR MORE OF
SNOW ACROSS THE ENTIRE TRI-STATE AREA. THE CHANCES FOR 6 INCHES OF
SNOW OR MORE WITHIN A 12 HOUR PERIOD IS 40-45 PERCENT.
