* TIDAL DEPARTURES...2 TO 2 1/2 FEET ABOVE ASTRONOMICAL TIDES
  TONIGHT

* TIMING...WATER LEVELS ARE RECEDING THIS AFTERNOON...MINOR
  COASTAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED FOR TONIGHTS HIGH TIDE CYCLES.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...FLOODING OF THE MOST VULNERABLE SHORE
  ROADS AND/OR PROPERTIES DUE TO HEIGHT OF STORM TIDE OR WAVE
  SPLASHOVER. MAJORITY OF ROADS REMAIN PASSABLE WITH ONLY ISOLATED
  CLOSURES. ANY IMPACT ON PROPERTY IS MINIMAL.
