In New York, Southern Westchester County. * WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 3 AM EDT Friday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from midnight Friday night to 4 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS.. Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience minor flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized minor flooding is possible with the Saturday night high tide. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
