WIND CHILLS WILL BE BELOW ZERO FOR ALL OF SATURDAY NIGHT INTO
SUNDAY MORNING. LOW TEMPERATURES OF 0 TO 5 ABOVE COMBINED WITH
NORTHWEST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH COULD PRODUCE WIND CHILLS AS LOW AS
15 TO 20 BELOW AROUND DAYBREAK SUNDAY.
