  EASTERN LONG ISLAND.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW OF LESS THAN AN INCH...WITH ICE
  ACCRETION LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S TO AROUND 30.

* TIMING...THE PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO TAPER OFF OVERNIGHT AND
  WILL COME TO AN END BY 4 AM.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.

* WINDS...WEST 5 MPH OR LESS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE FORECAST
