This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

There is a moderate rip current risk at the ocean beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Rough surf is expected at the ocean beaches through the period due
to building swells from distant Hurricane Maria. This will likely
result in a moderate to high rip current risk during this time.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
