...DAMAGING WINDS MAY OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...

.A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. SOUTHWEST
WINDS WILL INCREASE WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE COLD FRONT. WIND GUSTS
OF 60 MPH ARE LIKELY IN SOME AREAS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
LOCALLY CAUSE HIGHER WIND GUSTS AND MAY REQUIRE THE ISSUANCE OF
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WILL OCCUR WITH GUSTS TO
  60 MPH. STRONGER WINDS MAY OCCUR DURING SHOWERS. WINDS WILL
  BEGIN TO DIMINISH BY LATE EVENING.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...WIND DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE. TREES AND POWER LINES MAY BE
  DOWNED. ISOLATED STRUCTURAL DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE. MOTORISTS IN
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD USE CAUTION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH WIND WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS OF 40 MPH ARE
EXPECTED FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR...WITH GUSTS OF 58 MPH OR GREATER
AT ANY TIME. DAMAGE TO TREES...POWER LINES...AND PROPERTY ARE
POSSIBLE WITH WIND OF THIS MAGNITUDE. IF YOU HAVE A HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES BE EXTRA CAREFUL UNTIL THE WIND SUBSIDES. STAY TUNED TO
