...BITTERLY COLD AIR AND LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED...

.AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTH OF THE AREA
TODAY. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING
ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA. LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE
TODAY AS THE COLD AIR MOVES OVER THE WARMER WATERS OF LAKE ERIE.
MOISTURE FROM LAKE HURON COULD ALSO ENHANCE THE SNOW SHOWERS AND
LEAD TO SOME NARROW BANDS OF HEAVIER SNOW...ESPECIALLY ACROSS ASHTABULA
COUNTY IN OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. INTERSTATES 90 AND 79
WILL LIKELY BE IMPACTED BY SNOW SQUALLS.

* WIND CHILL...WIND CHILLS WILL DIP BELOW MINUS 10 TO MINUS 15.
  WIND CHILLS MAY BRIEFLY CLIMB ABOVE MINUS 10 TODAY BUT WILL FALL
  BACK BELOW MINUS 10 TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS CAN RESULT IN FROSTBITE OR
  HYPOTHERMIA IN MINUTES. FRIGID TEMPERATURES COULD FREEZE WATER
  PIPES.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEARLY STEADY BETWEEN 10 AND
  15 DEGREES. LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE AROUND 0 BUT COULD BE AS COLD
  AS MINUS 10 AT TRADITIONAL COLD SPOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS
ISSUED WHEN STRONG WIND WILL COMBINE WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO
CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR EXPOSED SKIN. THE WIND
WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS 10 DEGREES BELOW ZERO OR COLDER FOR
A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. IF YOU WILL BE OUTDOORS USE COMMON
SENSE AND DRESS WARMLY...MAKING SURE THAT ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS
