...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN PORTAGE...SOUTHWESTERN
GEAUGA...SOUTHEASTERN CUYAHOGA...SOUTHEASTERN MEDINA AND NORTHERN
SUMMIT COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 AM EDT...

At 1005 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cuyahoga Falls, or 9 miles northwest of Akron, moving northeast at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Solon, Hudson, Wadsworth, Twinsburg,
Tallmadge, Streetsboro, Macedonia, South Russell, Garrettsville,
Mantua, Stow, Aurora, Brecksville, Norton, Fairlawn, Munroe Falls,
and Chagrin Falls.

Ohio, northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.

Showers and thunderstorms will develop across the region this
afternoon. Storms will bring the potential for strong, damaging
wind gusts. Large hail or a tornado are also possible with the
strongest storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
