URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

949 PM EST SAT JAN 31 2015

.A DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE OHIO
VALLEY SUNDAY INTO SUNDAY NIGHT. AHEAD OF THIS...A WINTRY MIX
WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT AND CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY
MORNING. WARMER AIR WILL BE PULLED UP AHEAD OF THE LOW ON SUNDAY
AND THIS WILL CHANGE THE PRECIPITATION TO RAIN PRIMARILY SOUTH OF
THE INTERSTATE 70 CORRIDOR. BECAUSE OF THIS...SNOWFALL AMOUNTS
WILL BE HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON THE EXACT TRACK OF THE LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM. AS COLDER AIR MOVES IN BEHIND THE LOW...PRECIPITATION
WILL CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW SUNDAY NIGHT BEFORE TAPERING OFF
THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...SNOW...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN...
  WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT. SNOW MIXED WITH RAIN SUNDAY MORNING WILL
  TRANSITION TO A PERIOD OF RAIN SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING...BEFORE CHANGING BACK TO SNOW SUNDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS.
