THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* HAZARD TYPES...POTENTIAL HEAVY SNOW WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 7 INCHES.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW WEDNESDAY MORNING AND
  INCREASE IN INTENSITY WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE SNOW WILL REMAIN
  ACROSS THE AREA WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING BEFORE
  DIMINISHING THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO
  REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS.

PATCHY DENSE FOG IS FORMING AS WARMER AIR COMES IN CONTACT WITH COLD
SNOW PACK. THE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES BELOW A QUARTER MILE IN
ISOLATED LOCATIONS THROUGH THIS EVENING. TRAVELERS ARE ADVISED TO
