.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

PLEASE LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR GO TO WEATHER.GOV ON THE
INTERNET FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS.

   WIND CHILL ADVISORY.

SUB ZERO TEMPERATURES WILL BE POSSIBLE AGAIN FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL READINGS IN THE ZERO TO 15 BELOW
RANGE CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES DURING THAT PERIOD.

A FRONTAL SYSTEM DROPPING SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY SUNDAY
AND SUNDAY NIGHT WILL BRING MIXED PRECIPITATION TO THE REGION.

ANOTHER ROUND OF PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD NORTH INTO THE REGION
TUESDAY AHEAD OF A WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE WHICH DEVELOPS ON THE
FRONT. RAIN FROM THIS SYSTEM...IN ADDITION TO MELTING SNOW PACK
WILL INCREASE THE RISK FOR FLOODING OVER PORTIONS OF THE OHIO
VALLEY INTO MID WEEK.

CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO
11 AM EST FRIDAY.

* HAZARD TYPES...COLD WIND CHILL READINGS.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 14 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...THE FRIGID CONDITIONS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE
  VENTURING OUTSIDE. EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WIND WILL COMBINE WITH COLD
TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR EXPOSED
SKIN. THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS BETWEEN 10 AND 24
DEGREES BELOW ZERO FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. THOSE PLANNING
TO VENTURE OUTDOORS SHOULD USE COMMON SENSE AND DRESS WARMLY,
MAKING SURE THAT ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED.
