...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Southeast Indiana, Northeast
Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Flash Flood Watch.

Heavy rainfall and flooding will continue to be concerns this morning
as thunderstorms move across the region.

Additional thunderstorms will be possible later today. The main
threats with these storms will be the potential for heavy rainfall
and damaging thunderstorm wind gusts.

Heat index values will be near 100 degrees this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of Southeast Indiana, Kentucky, and Southwest Ohio,
  including the following areas, in Southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
  Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland. In Kentucky, Boone, Bracken,
  Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason,
  Owen, Pendleton, and Robertson. In Southwest Ohio, Adams,
  Brown, Clermont, Hamilton, and Scioto.

* Until 11 AM EDT this morning

* Showers and thunderstorms will continue to move across the flash
  flood watch area this morning. Several inches of rain have
  already fallen across portions of the watch area with additional
  rainfall expected early this morning and then again this
  afternoon. With saturated ground from overnight rainfall, any
  additional rain will lead to additional flooding concerns.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding
occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas,
and be careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.
