10 AM EST MONDAY...

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND QUICKLY MOVE
  ACROSS THE AREA...TAPERING OFF IN THE EVENING. LINGERING LIGHT
  SNOW OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT INTO MONDAY
  MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES IS
  EXPECTED...WITH A TRACE OF ICE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS. ANY ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL
  CAUSE SLICK ROADS AS WELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REMEMBER...A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF
SNOW OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE
PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE
