   WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.

ANOTHER ROUND OF PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD INTO THE REGION ON
TUESDAY. THIS WILL START AS A WINTRY MIX BEFORE BECOMING RAIN.
RAIN MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. THIS
RAINFALL COMBINED WITH A MELTING SNOW PACK WILL RESULT IN AN
ELEVATED RISK FOR FLOODING DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 3 PM EST SUNDAY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...ALONG WITH
  ONE TO TWO HUNDREDTHS OF ICE IS EXPECTED.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS EVENING. SNOW WILL BECOME
  STEADIER LATE TONIGHT. SNOW WILL MIX WITH FREEZING RAIN EARLY
  SUNDAY MORNING. AS TEMPERATURES WARM...PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME
  A RAIN SNOW MIX WHICH WILL THEN CHANGE TO ALL RAIN SUNDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES AND SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS.
