This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

.Winter Precipitation...
Areas of freezing drizzle, light freezing rain, and possibly some
sleet will be possible across central and western Oklahoma through
mid-afternoon. Some additional ice accumulation is possible. This
and previous rounds of freezing rain will cause slick roadways
and dangerous driving conditions until temperatures rise above
freezing.

.Thunderstorms...
Isolated thunderstorms will be possible today, mainly across
southern and central Oklahoma. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday...

.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorms will be possible Friday into early Saturday. Severe
storms are unlikely.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Areas of freezing drizzle or freezing rain early this
  afternoon. Additional ice accumulations of a light glaze are
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest,
   southern, southwest and western Oklahoma and northern Texas.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in slippery conditions
  on sidewalks, roads and bridges.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing drizzle
or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. The
latest road conditions for Oklahoma can be obtained by calling 8 4
