This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight...

.Fire Weather...
Near Critical fire weather conditions will continue overnight
across parts of central and western Oklahoma and western north
Texas.

.Strong Winds...
A cold front will move across the area overnight with strong west
to northwest winds developing behind the front. Wind gusts over
40 mph will be likely.

.Thunderstorms...
Isolated thunderstorms remain possible this evening across far
southeast Oklahoma. The strongest storms will be capable of
producing nickel size hail and gusty winds. No severe storms are
expected.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday...

.Fire Weather...
Critical fire weather conditions will likely develop again Monday
afternoon across western north Texas due to gusty northwest winds
and low humidity, despite cooler temperatures. Near-critical
conditions are expected over much of Oklahoma.

Increased fire weather conditions are expected again on Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday afternoon as Oklahoma and Texas remain in a
warm and dry pattern.

.Strong Winds...
Gusty northwest winds are expected again on Monday, especially
across northern Oklahoma. Wind gusts up to 45 mph will be
possible.

.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorms will be possible Friday and Friday night. Severe
storms are not anticipated at this time.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST MONDAY...

* WINDS...West and southwest winds will shift to the west and
  northwest through the overnight hours. After midnight, through
  early Monday morning, northwest winds will be 20 to 30 mph with
  gusts up to 40 mph.

* TIMING...Through Monday afternoon. However, there could be a
  slight lull through the early morning hours.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts 40 to 57 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
