WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH
TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

.WIND...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ARE IN PROGRESS ACROSS NORTHERN AND
WESTERN PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA. THESE WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO FILL INTO
SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS...AS A POTENT
COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. WIND GUSTS OVER 40
MPH WILL OCCUR IN MANY AREAS. THE WINDS MAY ALSO CAUSE BLOWING DUST
NEAR OPEN FIELDS ACROSS NORTHERN AND WESTERN OKLAHOMA...LEADING TO
REDUCED VISIBILITIES. TRAVEL ON EAST WEST ORIENTED ROADS MAY BECOME
DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. SLOW DOWN AND BE
CAUTIOUS OF YOU PLAN TO TRAVEL THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS SHOULD DIMINISH
THIS EVENING.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST AND INCREASE EARLY
  THIS AFTERNOON...GRADUALLY DIMINISHING THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS: DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY IN HIGH-PROFILE
  VEHICLES. LIGHT-WEIGHT OBJECTS SUCH AS TRASH CANS MAY BE
