PARTS OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS. THE GREATEST RISK OF
STORMS WILL BE ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL...FREQUENT CLOUD-TO-GROUND LIGHTNING...AND 40 TO 50 MPH
WIND GUSTS ARE THE PRIMARY HAZARDS WITH THESE STORMS

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

.THUNDERSTORMS...
SOME THUNDERSTORMS MAY AFFECT PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN
NORTH TEXAS TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
GUSTY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS.

  NORTH CENTRAL CLEVELAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 127 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA CITY...MOORE...MIDWEST CITY...DEL CITY...VALLEY
  BROOK...TINKER AIR FORCE BASE AND SMITH VILLAGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
