THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN...
WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH
TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

.THUNDERSTORMS...
SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS
PARTS OF OKLAHOMA... AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS INTO THIS EVENING.
THE MOST LIKELY AREA FOR RAIN WILL BE IN PARTS OF WESTERN
NORTH TEXAS. CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS
WILL BE THE PRIMARY IMPACTS. RAIN CHANCES WILL DIMINISH THIS
EVENING WITH MANY LOCATIONS REMAINING DRY OVERNIGHT... EXCEPT
FOR PARTS OF SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

.THUNDERSTORMS...
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY LATE FRIDAY
AND FRIDAY NIGHT ACROSS FAR WESTERN OKLAHOMA AND ADJACENT
PARTS OF NORTH TEXAS AS TROPICAL MOISTURE INCREASES FROM
THE WEST. A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY IS FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS
THE REGION SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...WHICH WILL HELP FOCUS SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS. ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED
BUT VERY HEAVY RAIN MAY RESULT IN HIGH RAIN TOTALS WHICH
WOULD LEAD TO FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
THE HIGHEST RAIN TOTALS ARE CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER
FAR WESTERN PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA AND ADJACENT PARTS OF NORTH
TEXAS.

STORMS MAY LINGER MONDAY AND TUESDAY...MAINLY OVER WESTERN
AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS. HEAVY RAIN
WILL STILL BE A CONCERN.
