This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight...

.Thunderstorms...
Scattered storms will be seen across northwest portions of
Oklahoma early this morning. Severe storms are not expected, but
brief heavy rain and small hail is likely with stronger storms.

.Fire Danger...
An elevated fire danger will be seen across western and central
Oklahoma today. Even though relative humidity values will not fall
significantly this afternoon, hot temperatures, a strong south
wind, and stressed vegetation will increase the fire danger in
areas that have not seen rainfall in several weeks.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday....

.Thunderstorms...
Strong to severe thunderstorms along with heavy rainfall are
possible across northern Oklahoma Thursday night.

A cold front will bring higher chances for thunderstorms Friday
into the weekend. Strong to severe storms will also be seen with
these storms Friday into early Saturday. Heavy rain will also be
a concern due to slow moving storms through the weekend.

.Fire Danger...
An elevated fire danger will be seen across western and central
Oklahoma on Thursday due to hot temperatures, a gusty south
wind, and stressed vegetation.
