...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of north central
Comanche and southern Caddo Counties through 945 PM CDT...

At 900 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 5 miles north of Meers to near Lake Ellsworth.
Movement was north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Anadarko, Carnegie, Apache, Fort Cobb, Fort Cobb Reservoir, Meers,
Lake Ellsworth, Alfalfa, Boone, Lake Chickasha, Lake Lawtonka, and
Stecker.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Oklahoma...

  Deep Red Creek near Randlett affecting Cotton County.

  East Cache Creek near Walters affecting Comanche and Cotton
  Counties.

  Clear Boggy Creek near Caney affecting Atoka County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued Saturday morning at 830 AM CDT.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...East Cache Creek near Walters.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood depths up to 2 feet occur over
  croplands... pastures... and low-lying local roads along and near
  the creek in southern Comanche County and Cotton County.




* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The East Cache Creek is expected to fall below
    flood stage late tonight and continue falling.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

Strong to severe thunderstorms may affect western north Texas
this evening with a threat for large hail and damaging wind gusts.

Additional thunderstorms will likely move into northern Oklahoma
late tonight with a threat for damaging wind gusts and heavy
rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

.Thunderstorms...
Showers and thunderstorms will remain possible Saturday and
Sunday. Strong to severe storms will be possible once again with
large hail and damaging winds.

The highest potential for severe storms will be Monday. Large
hail, damaging wind gusts, and tornadoes are possible.

.Heavy Rain...
Heavy rain could lead to flash flooding and river flooding
through the weekend. Flash flooding will be a particular concern
in those areas that have already received heavy rainfall over the
last week.

  Comanche, Cotton, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Grant, Greer, Harmon,
  Hughes, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa,
  Lincoln, Logan, Love, Major, Marshall, McClain, Murray, Noble,
