THE SLIGHT RISK AREA IS GENERALLY WEST OF A LINE FROM PONCA
CITY TO EL RENO TO HENRIETTA TEXAS. THE WICHITA FALLS...LAWTON...
ENID...WOODWARD...WEATHERFORD...ALTUS...AND VERNON TEXAS AREAS
ARE IN THE SLIGHT RISK AREA.

LARGE HAIL UP TO GOLF BALLS...
DAMAGING WINDS UP TO 70 MPH...
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING...

DISCUSSION...
SCATTERED STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER WESTERN
OKLAHOMA TONIGHT. STRONG INSTABILITY AND MODERATE DEEP LAYER
SHEAR WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ORGANIZED SEVERE STORMS...
ESPECIALLY ALONG AND NEAR THE OKLAHOMA-TEXAS PANHANDLE BORDER.
STORMS WILL REMAIN SLOW MOVING...SO LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
REMAINS LIKELY WITH ANY STORMS. STORMS WILL SLOWLY MOVE
EASTWARD THROUGH THE NIGHT.

NUMEROUS STREAMS...CREEKS...AND RIVERS REMAIN IN FLOOD ACROSS
PARTS OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS.

* until Sunday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  8:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 23.3 feet.

* Major flooding is occurring.

* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Washita River has crested and will continue to fall.
  The Washita River will fall below flood stage early Sunday
  afternoon.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Washita River at Lindsay.

* until Friday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  1:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 17.9 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Washita River will rise above flood stage early
  Thursday morning and crest near 18.6 feet Thursday evening. The
  Washita River will fall below flood stage late Friday afternoon.

* Impact...At 18.0 feet...Agricultural lands and oilfields from near
  Lindsay to near Maysville are covered by shallow flooding.
