This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

POOR VISIBILITY.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
 ONSET...Developing tonight and continuing overnight.

DISCUSSION...
Skies will continue to clear this afternoon across much of eastern
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Surging moisture in the lower
levels will allow low clouds and fog to redevelop this evening and
overnight. Areas of fog may decrease visibilities to under a mile
for some locations.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
TUESDAY...Heavy Rain Potential.
WEDNESDAY through Friday...No Hazards.
THURSDAY...No Hazards.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY...Winter Weather Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Locally heavy rainfall may occur Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday
night across portions of southeast Oklahoma and west central
Arkansas. Amounts may reach 1 to 2 inches in far southeast
Oklahoma.

A strong cold front will move through the area Thursday night and
into Friday morning. Ahead of the front on Thursday, a limited
fire spread risk will exist, as southerly winds gust to 25 mph and
temperatures reach well above normal levels. Much colder air will
move into the region behind the front Friday and continue into
next weekend. A small chance of light snow exists Saturday night
and into Sunday. Significant snowfall accumulations are not
expected.
