AT 150 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO
INDICATE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF THE WILLAMETTE
VALLEY AND COAST RANGE. THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTH
ACROSS THE REGION...AND WILL MOVE INTO THE METRO PORTLAND AREA AND
THE I-5 CORRIDOR IN COWLITZ COUNTY.SOME STORMS ARE ALSO DEVELOPING
TOWARDS THE CASCADE FOOTHILLS AND MAY ALSO MOVE INTO THE WESTERN
COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE.

THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING FREQUENT DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY ALSO CONTAIN BRIEF HEAVY RAIN
AND SOME SMALL HAIL.
