  Sandy River near Bull Run affecting Clackamas and Multnomah Counties
  Marys River near Philomath affecting Benton County
  Luckiamute River near Suver affecting Benton and Polk Counties
  Clackamas River at Estacada affecting Clackamas County
  Clackamas River near Oregon City affecting Clackamas County

River forecasts are based on observed and forecast rainfall and
temperatures, and they include current and planned reservoir
releases.

  The Sandy River near Bull Run.
* from this morning to late tonight or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 7 AM Sunday the stage was...16.4 feet / 23550 cfs.
* Flood stage is 19.3 feet and flood flow is 42000 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 12 PM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 20.3 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 19.3 feet, expect areas of significant bank erosion
  and some minor flooding over lowlands along the river.

* THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON

* RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVER NORTHWEST OREGON AND SOUTHWEST
  WASHINGTON THROUGH MONDAY. THE RAIN OVER SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON IS
  EXPECTED TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND EARLY
  SUNDAY. OVER NORTHWEST OREGON EXPECT RAINFALL TO DECREASE IN
  INTENSITY DURING THE DAY SUNDAY.

* FLOOD WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR SOME OF THE COASTAL RIVERS AND
  WILLAMETTE TRIBUTARIES. THERE IS A LESSER RISK FOR ANY FLOODING
  ON THE MAINSTEM OF THE WILLAMETTE. THERE ALSO REMAINS A THREAT
  FOR FLOODING ALONG THE HOOD RIVER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

LANDSLIDES AND DEBRIS FLOWS ARE POSSIBLE DURING THIS FLOOD EVENT.
PEOPLE...STRUCTURES AND ROADS LOCATED BELOW STEEP SLOPES...IN
CANYONS AND NEAR THE MOUTHS OF CANYONS MAY BE AT SERIOUS RISK
FROM RAPIDLY MOVING LANDSLIDES.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
