AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED IN THE NORTH WILLAMETTE
VALLEY...PORTIONS OF CLARK COUNTY INCLUDING THE GREATER VANCOUVER
AREA...AND THE LOWER COLUMBIA. AT 5 AM VISIBILITY OF ONE-QUARTER
MILE WAS NOTED AT SCAPPOOSE...PORTLAND AIRPORT...VANCOUVER AIRPORT
AND HILLSBORO. TEMPERATURES ARE AT OR JUST BELOW FREEZING
RESULTING IN THE POTENTIAL FOR FREEZING FOG. EXPECT AREAS OF DENSE
FOG...AND POSSIBLY FREEZING FOG...TO CONTINUE UNTIL AT LEAST 8 AM.
ROADS MAY BE SLICK...ESPECIALLY RURAL ROADWAYS AND BRIDGES.
