TONIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING. ACCUMULATIONS AT THE VALLEY FLOORS
WILL BE HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON HOW FAST ROADS COOL OFF AND THE SNOW
BEGINS TO STICK.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND SLICK...CREATING
  DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
