...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING
TO 4 PM PDT MONDAY...

* TIMING...Snow developing early this morning, with steady snow
  much of the day today. The snow may turn to rain for a few hours
  near the passes Sunday afternoon. Numerous snow showers are
  expected tonight and Monday.

* SNOW LEVEL...Around 4000 feet today, briefly rising to 4500 to
  5000 feet late this afternoon and evening, then lowering to 3000
  feet overnight tonight and remaining near 3000 feet Monday.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...From 6 to 14 inches, highest above the
  passes at ski resort elevations.

* IMPACTS...Roads will become snow covered above the snow level
  and cause difficult driving conditions. Passes are most likely
  to be covered with snow later this morning and again late this
  evening through Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving.
