The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania...
  Central Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 245 AM EDT

* At 1137 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lock Haven, Glen Union, Waterville and Little Pine State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for

* A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  areas, Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata,
  Lancaster, Lebanon, Montour, Northern Clinton, Northern
  Lycoming, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Southern
  Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Union, and York.

* Until 6 AM EDT Monday

* Rainfall will become more widespread over the next few hours
  before eventually sliding off to the east late tonight and
  early Monday morning. The rain may be heavy enough to cause
  flash flooding, particularly in areas which have seen heavy rain
  over the last day or two.
