THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

A PASSING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE A LIGHT COATING OF
SNOW ACCUMULATION THURSDAY NIGHT. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED BY AN
ARCTIC BLAST FRIDAY WITH GUSTY WINDS...SNOW SHOWERS AND BLOWING
SNOW...AS WELL AS FALLING TEMPERATURES. WIND CHILLS ARE LIKELY TO
REACH INTO AT LEAST THE TEENS BELOW ZERO BY FRIDAY NIGHT...WHICH
WILL PROBABLY TRIGGER A WIND CHILL ADVISORY. MONITOR THE FORECAST.

COLD CONDITIONS WILL LAST INTO THE WEEKEND WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM
POTENTIALLY AFFECTING THE AREA SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. HOWEVER AT THIS
TIME CONFIDENCE IN THIS SYSTEM IS LOW.
