   WIND CHILL WARNING.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE AREA TUESDAY WITH A LARGE AMOUNT
OF PRECIPITATION. IT IS STILL VERY UNCERTAIN HOW MUCH COLD AIR
WILL BE IN PLACE AS THE STORM ARRIVES, THEREFORE PRECIPITATION
TYPE COULD VARY BETWEEN RAIN, SNOW OR ICE. WE WILL HAVE MORE
DETAILS AS WE GET CLOSER AND OUR CONFIDENCE GROWS.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.

* TIMING...COLDEST SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA. THE EXTREME
  COLD MAY ALSO LEAD TO POTENTIAL FROZEN PIPES.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...DROPPING TO BETWEEN 15 BELOW AND 30 BELOW
  ZERO FROM SATURDAY MORNING TO SUNDAY MORNING. LOWEST WIND CHILLS
  WILL BE FROM SATURDAY NIGHT TO SUNDAY MORNING OVER THE HIGHER
  TERRAIN.

* WINDS...WILL BECOME NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45
  MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT AND LAST THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...WILL FALL TO THE SINGLE DIGITS SATURDAY MORNING
  AND TO NEAR ZERO SATURDAY AFTERNOON. LOWS SUNDAY MORNING WILL
  RANGE FROM 5 BELOW TO 15 BELOW ZERO. LOWEST TEMPERATURES WILL BE
  OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
