JERSEY AND PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, REDUCING
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES. FOG DEVELOPMENT IS
MOST LIKELY IN RIVER VALLEYS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE
CAUTION FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES.
