...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EST
MONDAY...

* LOCATIONS...THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA RIVER VALLEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...FOLLOWED BY MIXED PRECIPITATION AND A
  FEW HOUR PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...THE SNOW WILL FALL MODERATELY HEAVY AT TIMES THIS
  AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL RATES COULD BE IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH PER
  HOUR SOUTH OF THE TURNPIKE EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL
  MIX WITH...OR POSSIBLY CHANGE TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN FOR A
  FEW HOURS THIS EVENING. FREEZING RAIN OR MIXED PRECIPITATION
  WILL END AS PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL FROM SNOW OR SLUSH COVERED ROADS
  AND POOR VISIBILITY AT TIMES. ACROSS SOUTHERN PARTS OF THE
  STATE... UNTREATED ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS MAY BECOME ICY IF THE
  SNOW CHANGES TO FREEZING RAIN.

HAZARDOUS WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.

A STORM WILL TRACK WEST OF PENNSYLVANIA IN THE MIDDLE OF THE
WEEK. THIS SYSTEM COULD PRODUCE A WINTRY MIX TUESDAY...FOLLOWED BY
A CHANGE TO RAIN TUESDAY NIGHT.
