EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING. THIS UPGRADES THE HEAT
ADVISORY WHICH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* HEAT INDEX VALUES...105 TO 110 DEGREES DUE TO THE COMBINATION OF
  TEMPERATURES IN THE MID 90S...AND DEWPOINTS IN THE MID 70S.

* TIMING...THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HEAT STRESS OR HEAT STROKE. LIMIT OUTDOOR EXPOSURE
  AND BE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS. SEEK AIR CONDITIONING
  IF AVAILABLE.
