MORNING. PERSONS TRAVELING SHOULD BE ALERT FOR A LARGE
VARIATION IN CONDITIONS AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME.
PERSONS SHOULD ALSO USE LOW BEAMS IN AREAS OF DENSE FOG.
THE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF BY 10 AM.
