THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE AND ALOFT WILL MOVE
NORTHEAST AND INTO THE REGION TODAY. THIS WEATHER FEATURE WILL
PRODUCE NUMEROUS SHOWERS...AND A FEW BRIEFLY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS.
HEAVY DOWNPOURS FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS... COMBINED WITH ALREADY
WET GROUND...COULD PRODUCE FLOODING IN A FEW SPOTS THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER THE SOUTH CENTRAL COUNTIES AND
ADJACENT LOWER SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK FOR A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE
NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS OF PENNSYLVANIA LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...ALONG AND AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. HIGHLY LOCALIZED...STRONG
DAMAGING WESTERLY WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 60 MPH WILL BE THE PRIMARY
SEVERE WEATHER THREAT.
