HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA ON
MONDAY WITH A LOW RISK FOR FLOODING AT THIS TIME. SNOW ACCUMULATION
IS POSSIBLE OVER PARTS OF THE ALLEGHENIES ON MONDAY PARTICULARLY THE
HIGHER ELEVATIONS FROM THE LAUREL HIGHLANDS TO THE MOUNTAINS NORTH
OF I-80.
