WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST
THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW OVER MOST OF THE AREA BETWEEN
  11 PM AND 1 AM. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL FALL THROUGH
  THURSDAY MORNING...THE TAPER OFF BY EARLY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
